Returns
- We accept returns only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order.
Return Process

- Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Customers may be required to ship the item back to us, and return shipping costs may be covered by us in eligible cases.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
- Refunds will not be provided for items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please follow the return process and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless damaged or incorrect.
- Items purchased during sales or promotions may not be eligible for refunds.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 72 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
